Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Nondelivery and redelivery
Please double check the delivery address that you provided when ordering. If it needs updating please follow the links in your email confirmation to change this.
A small fee may be included if redelivery is required when you provide an incorrect address.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation!
Replacing your lost item
Non-delivery, sometimes small or longer delays can happen, orders can go missing in transit. If it is not delivered or returned to sender, we will replace it at no extra charge.
However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping (domestic from NZ, AUS, UK) or 60 days (international), and we will not replace an item sooner than this.
Am I a domestic or an international customer?
Whether you are a domestic or international customer impacts some of our policies such as shipping and replacement policies.
If you place an order for delivery to these countries you are a blankwallnz ‘domestic’ customer.

If you order for delivery to anywhere else, you are a blankwallnz international customer.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your wall art arrives damaged it will be replaced. If there is a fault with the item we will replace or refund us, please contact us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
